Il Giudice di Gara per mancanze commesse dal concorrente, può decretare solamente:

• l' esclusione del concorrente dalla manifestazione;

COMPORTA

allontanamento dal campo di gara, perdita delle tasse d'iscrizione, dei premi, punteggi di classifica e rimborso spese. Cinque penalità in più al piazzamento dell'ultimo classificato nel settore col maggior number of competitors.
